REZA Transactions Total $200M In Past 30 Days
REZA Investment Group Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of Winterwood Pavilion. The asset is a 144,653 square foot grocery anchored neighborhood shopping center located in the city of Las Vegas, NV. BPG Properties, LTD recently acquired the property for $23.2 Million.
Winterwood Pavilion contains anchor and sub-anchor tenants Vons Food and Drug, Aaron Rents Furniture and Crafta Decorations Superstore.
"The asset was purchased by an out-of-state buyer. This transaction comprises one of several in the past 30 days with a combined total in excess of $200,000,000 indicating the significant amount of equity in the market despite current financial market conditions."
