August 31, 2007 - OREGON CITY, ORE. - Oregon City Capital LLC has purchased Oregon City Shopping Center, a 246,857-square-foot community shopping center located in Oregon City, for $30.5 million.
The center is anchored by Coastal Farm & Home Supply, with Rite Aid, Michaels, Fisherman's Marine Supply and Dollar Tree as supporting tenants. The seller was not disclosed.
